Hi, my name is Meaganne and welcome to Kabuchi Cattery which is located on the south east coast of Tasmania, over looking the beautiful beach of Primrose Sands.

I love the British Shorthair for its happy go lucky lay backed nature.

My biggest priority is with all my cats is their health and well being and they are pets first, show and breeders second.

I believe all animals from mice to horses start out with wonderful temperaments, its what happens to them in life which determines how there temperament will be.

All my kittens are raised indoors and interact with myself and my children from day one of their lives, hearing noises seeing and being handled by friends and family members helps them socialise better with people.

Kittens are vaccinated at 8 weeks and again at 12 weeks, all kittens are  guaranteed to be in good health and vet checked  and no expense is spared with a proper diet.

British Shorthairs are a wonderful breed to own, being affectionate and intelligent.

They are a calm and quiet companion, who appreciates quality time with their human families.

They are less demanding than other breeds, but do love lots of love and affection when given.

Their placid and gentle nature makes them very tolerant with interaction with children and they generally get along pretty well with other cat breeds, as well as dogs.

A delightful cat that is happy to curl up on your lap or the end of your bed.
